Your email folders are displayed in the left pane, emails in the currently selected folder in the middle pane, and the contents of the selected email in the right pane. Simply click on a folder or message to select it.
Your email folders in the left pane include (from the top) email, calendar, tasks, notes, contacts and at the bottom is settings.
To read a message, just click the message preview to read the full message.
Email threading lets you keep track of email replies automatically. Your mailbox displays the selected message along with a list of prior emails from the same conversation - no need to search through months of old messages to find important information.
You can reply and forward mail using the "Reply", "Reply All" and "Forward" buttons above the email interface.
Reply all can be used when you want to reply to an email with multiple recipients. When replying to an email using “Reply All” then all recipients will receive the response.
You can add attachments to emails by clicking the "Add Attachments" button on the email composition interface. This will bring up a file selection interface so you can browse for the file you want to attach.
Sort messages into folders by clicking and dragging them to the desired folder. You can delete emails by dragging them to the Trash, mark messages as Spam by dragging to the Spam folder, or save important emails in your archive folders without clicking through multiple menus.
Simply type into the search text box and press enter for a basic search.
To add a new contact, click the "New" button on the contacts interface and type the contact's information in the appropriate fields. You can add optional information using the “Personal details” or “Business details” buttons.
Click the silhouette icon by the contact's Name field to open a file selection dialog. Browse your computer for the picture you want to add, then click "Open" to add the picture to the contact.
Click the "Save & Close" button to save the contact.
Click on the arrow next to the “New” button on the contacts interface and select “New distribution list”. You can add members manually or add from your address book.
You can connect to your mail CardDAV-based address book server with many different clients. The procedure varies from client to client, but all will ask for your CardDAV server's network address and may require authentication credentials.

Apple OSX
1. Open System Preferences.
2. Open Mail, Contacts & Calendars.
3. Select Add Account > CardDAV Account.
4. Enter your mail CardDAV details.
The calendar appears as a day view, displaying the current day's schedule in the right pane. The left pane displays a month view and a list of available calendars. Calendars selected with a check-box here will display events on the schedule in the right pane; uncheck the box next to a calendar to hide its events in the schedule display.
You can see the schedule for a different day by clicking the desired date in the left pane's month display. To view a different month and/or year, click the month and year on the month display and selected the desired month and year and click “OK”.
You can select your preferred view by clicking “Day”, “Week” or “Month” at the top right hand side of the right pane.
To share a calendar with another user right click on the calendar name in the left pane, select “Sharing” and from here you can select the user that you want to share your calendar with and assign them the relevant access permissions. Choose from the following access options “No access”; “Viewer”; “Contributor”; “Editor”; “Master” or customize their access.
You can add a new event by double-clicking on the schedule in the right pane, or click-and-drag your mouse cursor over the schedule to select a block of time for your event. You can also drag-and-drop the buttons at the top and bottom of the event's schedule to change the scheduled time. The new event will be created in the calendar that's currently highlighted in the left pane.
Double click an event to edit it. Enter the appropriate subject, time, date, reminder, location, and other information for the event, then click "Save & close" to save your changes.
When editing an event, you can choose attendees for the event. Add attendees as emails for your event, and click "Save & close" to save your changes and send an email invitation for the event to each attendee listed.
You can connect to CalDAV-based calendar server with many different clients, including iCal, Mozilla Lightning/Sunbird, and even your iPhone. The procedure varies from client to client, but all will ask for your calendar server's network address and may require authentication credentials. Your calendar's network address, username and password may or may not be the same as for your email address; ask your system's administrator if you're not sure.

1. Open iCal and go to Preferences.
2. Select Accounts and select to add new account.
3. Enter your mail Calendar details.
You can connect to your contacts and CalDAV-based calendar server from Microsoft Outlook by using the provided DavSync utility. All you need is the webmail server's network address and your authentication credentials.

The sync utility for Outlook supports the following versions only
• Outlook 2007
• Outlook 2010
Download the Sync utility above and extract the installer from the Zip file. Before installing, exit Outlook, then run the installation utility for Sync.
On the first execution of Outlook with Sync installed you will need to input your configuration information. Click the provided "Options" button in the Outlook toolbar. Enter the details of your webmail account (user/domain/server url) and click OK. This will test your entered settings for any problems and alert you to anything that requires your attention. After successfully connecting to the server you will be informed that a first time sync is required.
