Q: What do I do if my cell phone number has changed or I can't retrieve my password via the forgot password function?
A: Call OneBox customer support on 0861 997 793 and we would be happy to assist you.
Q: Does OneBox have my language available?
A: OneBox currently supports Arabic, Catalan, German, English, Spanish, French, Finnish, Indonesian, Italian, Dutch, Brazilian Portuguese, Russian, Swedish, Thai, and Simplified Chinese. Additional languages can be added using the process detailed in the Translation Guide. (Call OneBox customer support on 0861 997 793 for help with adding a new language.)
